A. Belousov was born in Tula on May 30, 1952. In 1972 he graduated from
the Tula Musical College (now Tula College of Arts) named after Alexander
Dargomyzhsky in the specialty “Folk Instruments – button accordion (bayan)”
. In 1988 he graduated from the Tula State Pedagogical Institute (now University)
named after Leo Tolstoy in the specalty “the Russian language and literature”.
While studying at the institute he took an active part in the work of the students'
scientific conferences in the 1987 and in 1988. After graduating from the institute
he published a number of works in pedagogy, methodology musical training,
history of performing, linguistics and psychology.
A. Belousov is a laureate of four regional inspection-competitions of the creative,
scientific and methodical work of teachers of children's music schools (Tula, 1982,
1987, 1996, 2001) and winner of three regional competitions of composers (Tula
1992, 2001, 2002). Regularly he makes methodical and scientific reports at the town,
regional, interregional and international practical-scientific conferences and
seminars. His most significant reports made at them are: “The Development of
Boris Teplov’s Scientific Heritage in National and World Science” at the
International practical-scientific conference dedicated to the 110th
anniversary of B. Teplov’s birthday (Moscow, 2006);
“Polyphony in the class of button accordion and accordion: laws, characteristics,
problem” at the interregional practical-scientific conference (Tula, 2004);
“Boris Teplov Readings” Tula - 200 6 dedicated to the 110th anniversary
of Boris Teplov birthday (Tula, 2006);
A. Belousov took part in the 3rd International Forum “Actual Problems
of Modern Science”, the section of linguistics (Samara, 2007)< br>
The main scientific work of Alexander Belousov is “The Bases of the Unified Theory
of Thinking. Part I. Language and Thinking”. – Tula, 2006. – 864 pp.
Some of his articles are published in interuniversity collections of scientific papers
and in the materials of various interregional and international practical-scientific
conferences... Some of them are given positive opinions by
1) V.G. Rudelev, a member of the Union of Russian writers, the Doctor of philology,
the professor of Tambov State University;
2) N.K. Pirogova, the Doctor of philology, the professor of the Philological Faculty
at Moscow State University;
3) D.D. Belyajev, the Candidate of Philology, professor of Tula State Pedagogical
University named after L. Tolstoy;
4) and some others.
His competitive “Humoresque”, “Small Fidget” and “Concert Play in the Rhythm
of Tarantella” were included as compulsory works into the program
of the 2nd and 6th International Competition
named after N.I. Beloborodov for Young Performers on the button accordion
(bayan) and accordion.
A. Belousov musical works were highly appreciated by
1) B.M. Yegorov, a deserved worker of arts of RF, the professor, the dean
of the folk instruments department of the Russian Academy of Music named
after the Gnesins;
2) V.A. Solovyov, a deserved worker of arts of RF, the deserved artist of Karelia,
the professor and the rector of the Petrozavodsk state conservatoire named
after A.K. Glazunov;
3) V.V. Besfamilnov, a laureate of international competitions, the people artist
of the Ukraine, the professor of the national musical academy of the Ukraine
name after P.I. Tchaikovsky;
4) and other well-known specialists.
